Students enrolled in recognized Secondary schools, Colleges, or Universities.

Applicants must be voter residents of Masinga Constituency.

Eligibility: STRICT MASINGA CONSTITUENCY VOTER RESIDENTS ONLY.
Secondary Levels: HIGH SCHOOL, SPECIAL SCHOOLS, AND SENIOR SECONDARY MUST SUBMIT HARD-COPY APPLICATIONS IN PERSON (GUIDELINES FOR PHYSICAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE ISSUED IN DUE COURSE).
Tertiary Levels (online form): CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA, ARTISAN, DEGREE.
UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOUR ID OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
First-Year Students: UPLOAD YOUR ADMISSION LETTER.
Continuing Students: UPLOAD YOUR LATEST ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT.
